Centre for Development and Enterprises Rwanda (CDE Rwanda) is a non-governmental organization committed to economic development through free market principles, entrepreneurship promotion, and policy advocacy.
We work to remove barriers that prevent entrepreneurs especially women and youth from accessing opportunities and growing sustainable businesses.
CDE Rwanda is dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship, supporting small businesses, and advancing policy reforms that strengthen Rwanda’s private sector and economic growth.
